Annual Convention Photo Contest

We will be having a photo contest during the  Annual Convention.  Photos will be dis-
played for members to view and vote on their favorite photo.  The photos with the most
votes will be featured on cover of the 2010 WBHA Yearbook.  The rest of photos will be
featured on the 2010 Bear Tracks.

ANNUAL MEETING
11 am – 5 pm

Session 1: 11 am – 12:30 pm
The “State of Bear Hunting, 2010”
In our first session of this year’s business meeting we will hear from quest speakers who will update us on the current issues our members care about the most.

Session 2: 12:30 pm – 1:15 pm
Awards and Presentations
In our second session we will focus on awards and recognitions. This will include Big Bear, Scholarships, Field Trial awards and Iron Clad tributes. At the end of this session we will also be seeking nominations for positions on the Board of Directors.

Session 3: 1:30 pm – 5 pm
Auction and Raffles
The famous WBHA SOS Auction will begin at 1:45 pm. The auction will be interrupted at 2:30 pm for the Annual Raffle Drawing.

8 pm – 1 am DJ Dance
